PLAY SWAP with Surrey Square Primary School was initiated today during a visit to the Church as part of Year 2's Religious Studies. The hall was filled with 60 very well behaved 6 - 7 year olds, who responded and answered questions with confidence and very good knowledge.
I was introduced by Father David and spoke to the children about play. It was reassuring to see that every child there played outside, and I was taught some new games to add to the collection which included 'Hide and Seek It', 'Champ' and 'Secret Agent'. I will be arranging a visit to Surrey Square to collect more games and be taught by the children there, which I am already looking forward to.
